Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with IDD in daily living and community participation. You will provide hands-on support, monitor health and safety, and document activities to help clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for advancement. A signing bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and lifting if needed.
