The Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking a Community Recovery Advisor to deliver state-wide recovery projects and initiatives that support community-led recovery. You will work with local governments and key stakeholders to strengthen community resilience through policies, plans and frameworks.

During major disaster events, you may assist in coordinating recovery activities for impacted communities.

We currently have one (1) permanent full-time position available for immediate filling.

About the Role

As a Community Recovery Advisor, you will deliver state-wide recovery projects, programs and initiatives that support community-led recovery. You will work closely with local governments and key stakeholders to strengthen community resilience through the development of policies, plans and frameworks.

During major disaster events, you may assist in coordinating recovery activities for impacted communities. This role suits a collaborative and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
