The Role

We are seeking a passionate Community Manager with a love for social media, especially TikTok, to support one of our largest accounts. You must be active on TikTok and believe in its power to build brands and connect authentically with audiences. This is an always-on, dynamic role at the forefront of culture.

You will report to a senior Community Manager in our London office, working with a team of CMs across Europe, including Italy. Your focus will be on delivering insights-driven work, engaging with the Italian community, and establishing regional TikTok tone. Experience with global brands and local relevance is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer comments and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor feedback and engagement using listening tools to gauge brand perception.
  • Provide updates on key wins, conversations, and sentiment to inform reactive briefs and content.
  • Publish content across markets via Sprinklr, ensuring accurate tagging for reporting.
  • Stay updated on platform innovations and educate the team.
  • Share your enthusiasm and knowledge of social media platforms with the team.
  • Be proactive and hands-on in your approach.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Production, Analytics, Media, and Strategy teams.
  • Own your work and take initiative.
  • Identify and bring insights on cultural trends, moments, and pop culture to your work.
  • Work iteratively in a non-hierarchical environment.
  • Create engaging, platform-native copy that reflects the brand's tone of voice.
  • Work closely with strategy and analytics to produce detailed weekly and monthly reports.
