- Enable Amity's clients to maximize ROI from using Amity Social Cloud (ASC), helping Amity grow in size and revenue!
Reporting to our Community Manager, you will advise clients on how to successfully use social features to drive business impact, launch, engage, and monetize their in-app communities.
- Your impact and responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with key clients
- Support clients in leveraging social features to achieve their business objectives, focusing on launching, engaging, and monetizing their communities
- Help clients utilize ASC to its fullest potential
- Increase engagement, reduce churn, and boost customer loyalty
- Provide guidance and support in creating content and educational assets
- Contribute to community-led growth initiatives
- Support marketing efforts with educational initiatives
- Maintain an internal knowledge database including customer notes, best practices, data points, and product insights
- Partner closely with sales, product, technical support, and demand generation teams to align client enablement and growth goals
- Drive referral marketing activities with clients
- Organize community initiatives such as webinars, events, and newsletters
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize community activities with a focus on ROI
- Represent Amity and build relationships with industry stakeholders, positioning yourself as a thought leader over time
Your ideal profile:
- 2+ years experience in community building, consulting, growth, product, or strategy roles in a startup or scale-up environment
- Strong understanding of app user behavior, social networks, and digital platforms
- Excellent project management, operations, and resource allocation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to insights and growth strategies
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Curious and quick to grasp new concepts, technologies, and processes
- Passion for technology and community building, with a desire to learn and evangelize Amity's products
