Descrizione del lavoro

Your mission

You will be responsible for business development and group strategy related to local communication strategy and implementation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and leading the communication team, you’ll work directly with the sales manager, GM, and divisional marketing teams.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic Italian company, part of the Atlas Copco Group. You'll work closely with the business in a complex B2B market, managing multiple brands across different sales channels.

The role
  1. Develop and implement a strategic communication plan and content to create brand awareness, enhance brand values, and increase lead generation.
  2. Define and implement campaign and product promotions in collaboration with product managers.
  3. Coordinate the Communication Team.
  4. Manage all product documentation to support sales and the sales team.
  5. Collaborate on new product launches, defining communication content and strategy.
  6. Work on improving customer experience through better communication and enhanced business tools user experience.
  7. Participate in PED, blogs, SEO, and digital marketing activities.
To succeed, you will need
  1. Strong experience in communication marketing, preferably in an international B2B company, with experience in people management.
  2. Enthusiastic, curious, and collaborative attitude, always seeking better ways.
  3. Ability to think strategically, understand business challenges, and recommend effective implementation plans to drive results.
  4. A creative mindset with strong written and oral communication skills.
  5. Good knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  6. Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and English.
