Una casa di lusso cerca un professionista per gestire eventi in Italia e all'estero. Richiesta la Laurea in Comunicazione e competenze in gestione progetti. Il candidato ideale è flessibile, creativo e sa usare strumenti digitali come SAP ed Excel. Posizione a Milano con contratto di un anno.

How will you make an impact?
  • Co-marketing event organization: obtaining quotes from suppliers; management of relationship with suppliers; presence and check of all event aspects on the field; support in drafting the event program.
  • Management of the administration related to the events: creating PO, adding ordering event free gifts, sample movement.
  • Organization of catering / flowers / gifting, following the entire process from order to delivery / monitoring.
  • Constant communication with logistics and security teams, to organize product movement in different locations (for events or photo-shootings).
  • Competitor analysis: Power Point presentations tracking and reporting competitor events, presence on magazines, opening and closing of point of sales, in order to collect content for our internal communication.
  • Maintenance of data archive / images / lists of suppliers.
  • Travel: organize e-booking of flights / hotels / transfers.
  • Participation in events in Italy and abroad (boutique events, special projects, showroom B2B events, new boutique openings etc).
How will you experience success with us?
  • Iscrizione al collocamento mirato ai sensi del DL 68 / 99.
  • Degree in Communication is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to details and ability to keep multiple deadlines on track.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Results oriented and client centric.
  • Flexible, open, creative, positive.
  • Digital savvy – use of SAP, PPT, Excel, Outlook and AI will be daily.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Be available to be full time based in Milan, but flexible for trips in Italy / abroad.
  • Be available for this 1 year fixed term contract.
