Join us as a passionate Communicate & PR Manager!

For this specific job posting, we are open to evaluating both Treviso and Milan as work locations.

The new colleague will lead the communication for four brands of the Group (De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet) for the Italian national market, translating marketing strategies into PR & communication briefs. They will also oversee the creation, implementation, and buying of integrated PR & communication strategies in collaboration with agencies to ensure effective and efficient plans, monitoring results daily to optimize performance.

Main Responsibilities

They will autonomously manage:

  • Budget spending and contract negotiations related to ATL communication plans
  • Management of social & PR agencies (online and offline)
  • Social media: organic strategy and community engagement, setting targets, and monitoring progress
  • Shooting & content: content strategy and delivery
  • PR: paid and earned strategies, press conferences, relationships with press and influencers
  • Events: festivals, PR ad hoc events, and placement opportunities
  • Partnerships and co-marketing: budget optimization and brand collaborations
  • Regular updates with the HQ marketing team
  • People management

Job Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in PR agencies or multinational companies with budget management responsibilities
  • Italian mother tongue or C2 level proficiency
  • Proven experience with digital media channels and social platforms
  • Established relationships with influencers and an existing PR network
  • Deep understanding of the Italian market, including current trends, key players, and effective strategies within Italy
