Job Responsibilities

Join us as a passionate Communicate & PR Manager!

For this specific job positing we're open to evaluate both Treviso and Milan as work location!

The new Colleague will lead the Communication of four Brands of the Group (De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun and Nutribullet) for the Italian national market, translating the brand’s marketing strategies into PR & Communication briefs. But also lead the creation, implementation, and buying of integrated PR & Communication strategies in close collaboration with Agencies in order to guarantee the most effective and efficient plans, daily monitoring results to optimize and increase performance.

Main Responsibilities

He/She will autonomously manage:

  • Budget spending and contracts negotiation related to ATL communication plans
  • Social & PR agencies (online and offline) management
  • Social: organic strategy and community engagement, setting targets and monitoring the progress
  • Shooting & content: setting content strategy and delivery
  • PR: paid and earned strategy, press conferences, relationship with press and influencers
  • Events: such as festivals or PR ad hoc events and placement opportunities
  • Partnership and co-marketing: optimizing budget and creating liaisons with other brands
  • Regular updates with HQ Marketing team
  • People management

  • HQ Marketing team
  • HQ Social Media team
  • Social agencies, PR agencies
Job Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in PR Agencies or Multinational Companies covering similar roles with budget management responsibility
  • Italian mother tongue or C2 level
  • Proven experience on digital media channels and social
  • Proven relationships with influencers and an existing PR network
  • Demonstrated vertical expertise within the Italian market, with established proficiency and connections in the Italian influencer and agency landscape. This includes a comprehensive understanding of current trends, key players, and effective strategies specific to Italy
