Bayer CropScience Italia is offering a 6-month post-graduate internship in Milan for a Communication Intern. You will support marketing communication activities across online and offline touchpoints, manage website/app content, and assist with Marketo newsletters and packaging artworks.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a Master’s in Communication. The role emphasizes digital skills, proactive collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards within a dynamic Crop Science

Communication Internship (m/f/d)

Bayer CropScience is looking for a smart and strong motivated new graduate as Communication Intern within Crop Science business.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the implementation of marketing communication activities across online and offline touchpoints (e.g. advertising, brochures, displays, events and digital communication tools)
• Support in the management and implementation of the contents of the Crop Science Italia website and APP
• Support in the management and implementation of the Marketing Automation Tool “Marketo” to send Newsletters
• Support in the implementation of artworks related to product packaging
• Support in the review of documentation and verification of compatibility with ministerial labels and regulations in force

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields
• Interest in the world of communication applied to agriculture is required
• Required good relational skills, flexibility and proactivity, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies skills and to work in cross-functional team
• Digital skills, the minimum knowledge and / or previous experience in website content management will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere for video editing
• Good knowledge of Marketo to send Newsletters
• Proficiency of the Microsoft Office Package
• Good knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue are mandatory

We are offering a 6-month post-graduate internship with a monthly compensation of €800.
