Commissioning, Qualification, Validation Manager

Peoitaly, on behalf of a leading engineering and construction firm, is seeking a CQV Manager to lead the Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) department in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Department Leadership: Oversee the growth and development of the CQV department, including recruitment, training, and mentoring of engineers.
• Project Execution: Manage the delivery of CQV projects across Italy and Europe, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and external consultants, overseeing assignments and contract management.
• Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement of CQV procedures in accordance with current guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Over 12 years of experience in commissioning and qualification within pharmaceutical facilities.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with GxP, ISPE, and ASTM E2500 standards.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across Italy and Europe.
