As a Commissioning Package Manager, you will be part of our quality & commissioning team. With your technical knowledge & project management expertise, you will ensure projects are planned and managed in a coordinated manner through all levels of commissioning. You should have prior experience managing high-performing teams to achieve excellent, predictable results for our customers.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Manage end-to-end commissioning processes on projects within your technical area of expertise and assigned systems and packages.
* Serve as the project SME for Electrical systems testing and commissioning.
* Define the quality and commissioning scope and provide clear direction to all stakeholders to execute tasks to completion.
* Measure and manage testing execution for your package from Commissioning Level 1 through Level 5, adhering to technical requirements.
* Support and manage safety during commissioning, including Permit to Work (PTW), Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
* Interpret design documentation and specifications to ensure the facility is tested and operates within outlined parameters.
* Write and approve testing documentation such as scripts, RFIs, and technical submittals.
* Plan and schedule testing with stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability while meeting deadlines.
* Manage Factory Witness Testing (FWT) strategy and carry-over work risk management.
* Provide a comprehensive commissioning and completion strategy for each asset (L0-L6) from planning to handover.
* Provide reports and metrics as required.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience and knowledge of the following systems and commissioning techniques:
* Electrical engineering principles
* Power supply systems/subsystems (HV / MV / LV experience)
* Power distribution systems/units (AC - HV / MV / LV + DC systems)
* Ability to read & interpret technical documents such as submittals and drawings (P&IDs, SLDs)
* Knowledge of commissioning substation infrastructure
* Lighting & small power testing requirements
* Equipment & system electrical switching management, LOTO, and PTW
* QA/QC knowledge and inspection systems
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree or extensive trade background in engineering (5+ years' experience)
* Thorough knowledge in the base discipline with excellent knowledge of other disciplines for delivering advanced data centre MEP systems.
* Ideally 5+ years of hands-on commissioning and management experience with electrical systems, gained with CxA, vendors, GCs, etc.
* Fluent in English
* Valid work permit in the EU
