Competenze

• 5 ans d'expérience comme spécialiste des procédés ou ingénieur commissioning.
• Anglais écrit et parlé excellent.

Commissioning & Operation Engineer

What will your contribution be at Akkodis?

Within our Energy division, you will be involved in a project related to the Oil & Gas sector and will be responsible for the following activities :

• Developing detailed engineering for the execution of Precommissioning, Commissioning, startup, warranty checks, client personnel training, and final acceptance / handover of the plant within the various corporate execution projects.
• Developing Commissioning procedures and Operational test procedures for various plant systems.
• Supporting the execution of Precommissioning, Commissioning, start-up, warranty checks, client personnel training, and subsequent final acceptance / handover of the project in Italy and / or abroad.
• Effectively interfacing with other project-related company functions, as well as Licensors for Proprietary Units / Technologies, Suppliers, and Subcontractors.

Oil and Gas

Profile

Do you have a degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector? You can join the Energy team and work on various projects while getting to know different realities.

About you

Requirements to start your growth journey :

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of experience as a process specialist, including experience within the company and / or as a Commissioning Engineer with other companies (alternatively, 10 years of experience if no degree).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management / streamlining.
• Ability to organize work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, deepen knowledge, and stay updated.
• Willingness to relocate / assign to international projects for extended periods (1 or 2 years).
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage emergencies and set priorities.
• Orderliness, organization, and precision in task execution and document preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.3-5 years of experience as a safety engineer or HSE in the Oil & Gas sector;
