Duration of the contract: 12 months with possible extension
Work Schedule: 8 hours /day x 5 days/week with possible working also the Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Develop and update the Commissioning Schedule, assisted by the Planner, optimizing the start-up sequences, limiting work overlaps as much as possible and defining intervention priorities;
Verify that all on-site start-up activities are performed following the “Site Safety Program”, defining and/or implementing RA/MSs;
Verify that the work phases have been efficiently and effectively scheduled, both in number and quality of resources and equipment;
Verify that the start-up personnel have updated and approved authorizations and documentation to develop the activities in line with the order program;
Report “Non-Conformities” to the Site Manager and the QA/QC manager of the construction site;
Report any operational deviations to the Project Commissioning manager and to the construction site/headquarters engineering;
Coordinate the discipline supervisors until the delivery of the plant to the Customer;
Manage the Work Permit procedure;
Verify that punch list items are closed satisfactorily and within the project timeframe;
Prepare your part of expertise in the Monthly/Weekly Progress Report;
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma in technical field, industrial ones preferred;
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, both spoken and written;
10 years of international work experience as a commissioning manager on industrial construction sites, preferably from a Main EPC Contractor engaged in the construction of CCGT and/or EfW plants with electrical power output greater than 70MWe;
Excellent knowledge of technical drawing;
Good knowledge of the MS Office package;
Constructive attitude, leadership.
