Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Commissioning Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Italy (Florence) on a 12-month contract. As the Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Project COMT team, comprising commissioning coordinators, commissioning engineers, operations, and maintenance specialists.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Commissioning Manager will include:

1. Participating in key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities.
2. Providing expertise and oversight on all construction projects for start-up and commissioning.
3. Being responsible for project field and jobsite start-up and commissioning operations.
