What are your tasks
- Together with experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for on-site machines installation, commissioning, final testing in-house and/or at customer premises.
- In addition, you will carry out general after-sales assistance, including preventive and corrective maintenance, with a focus on ensuring the end customer's production restarts as soon as possible.
What we appreciate about you
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering fields.
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of one of the following: Computer System Validation, Data Integrity, GAMP, Validation of industrial processes/machines, image processing (e.g., parameterization of automatic inspection tools), computer networks (LAN, VPN), fundamentals of Optics (adjusting apertures, focuses, setting up cameras and illuminators).
- Very important are the abilities to read electrical/mechanical drawings, use major Microsoft Office applications, and good manual dexterity for using hand and power tools.
- Providing excellent customer service is fundamental to this role.
- You enjoy working with customers and suppliers in an international environment.
- English speaking skills at least B1 level. Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Danish) is a plus.
- Willingness to stay on customer sites for several weeks.
- You have entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
- Your working style is characterized by responsibility, commitment, and collegiality.
