What are your tasks

• Together with experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for on-site machines installation, commissioning, final testing in-house and/or at customer premises.
• In addition, you will carry out the general after-sales assistance, i.e., preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on ensuring the end customer production will restart as soon as possible.

What we appreciate about you

• You have a Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering field.
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of one between: Computer System Validation, Data Integrity, GAMP, Validation of industrial processes/machines, image processing (e.g., parameterization of automatic inspection tools), computer networks (i.e., LAN, VPN), fundamentals of Optics (i.e., adjusting apertures/focuses, setting up cameras and illuminators).
• Very important are the abilities to read electrical/mechanical drawings, the use of the major Microsoft Office applications, and good manual dexterity in the use of both hand and power tools.
• Providing great customer service is fundamental to this role.
• You enjoy working with customers and suppliers in an international environment.
• English speaking is for you a sure statement (at least B1). Other languages (French, German, Danish) will be appreciated.
• Staying on Customer’s site for some weeks will not be an obstacle for you.
• You have entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Your working style is characterized by a sense of responsibility, commitment, and collegiality.

• The starting salary for this position is based on your working experience inside the collective agreement (CCNL). A further overpayment is possible depending on experience and qualification.
