Job Description:

The responsibilities within the restaurant include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms and materials in use
• Performing mise en place according to specified standards
• Carrying out duties diligently to ensure guests have a positive experience, paying attention to all details
• Handling food and beverages with utmost care
• Uncluttering the room, cleaning, and maintaining order
• Supporting the Chef de Rang in the operational management of room service, in accordance with standards and procedures

Contract details:

• Type: Fixed-term contract (March 2024 - end of November 2024) with potential renewal and growth within the Residence
• Location: CCNL Turismo
• Availability: From Monday to Sunday with two days off

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English
• At least one year of experience in 4*/5* hotels or fine dining restaurants
