Job Description:

Inside the Poggio Rosso Restaurant or Osteria Il Grigio:

  • Manage the mise en place
  • Welcome guests
  • Clean and maintain order
  • Support the Chef de Rang in operational management of hall service, ensuring compliance with standards, production procedures, and HACCP standards

Additional benefits and conditions include:

  • Seasonal fixed-term contract (April-November 2024) with priority for the following year

  • Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season
