Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a team dedicated to enhancing experiences in hospitality, is seeking a Commis di Sala for a prestigious luxury establishment in Venice for the 2025 season. The role involves supporting the Chef de Rang, setting tables according to standards, welcoming guests professionally, serving food and beverages with attention to detail, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the sala.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Chef de Rang during service
• Setting and resetting tables according to standards
• Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables
• Serving food and drinks attentively
• Maintaining mise en place and sala cleanliness

Required skills and qualities:

• Basic knowledge of table service
• Understanding of hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Familiarity with course sequencing
• Ability to manage mise en place
• Good command of English

Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, with single shifts

Contract Details:
