Commis di Sala - Prestigious Luxury Venue, 2025 Season, Venice

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Chef de Rang during service
• Setting up and resetting tables according to the venue's standards
• Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables professionally
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail
• Maintaining mise en place, order, and cleanliness of the dining area

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of table service
• Understanding of hygiene and health regulations (HACCP)
• Familiarity with service sequence of courses
• Ability to manage mise en place
• Good command of English

Working Hours:

Full-time, 5 days a week, with single shifts
