Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a specialized team of Gi Group Spa, is seeking candidates for a prestigious luxury restaurant in Venice. If you are passionate about hospitality and committed to high-quality service, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

Position: Commis de Sala (Waiter/Waitress)

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Chef de Rang during service.
2. Set up and clear tables according to the establishment's standards.
3. Welcome and escort guests to their tables professionally.
4. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail.
5. Maintain mise en place, order, and cleanliness of the dining area.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of table service.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Familiarity with the sequence of courses.
• Ability to manage mise en place.
• Good command of the English language.

Work Details: Full-time, 5 days a week, with fixed shifts.

Contract Offer:

• Fixed-term contract from May to October.
