Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a dedicated team within Gi Group Spa, specializes in placing candidates in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors. We are currently seeking a Commis de Rang for a prestigious luxury restaurant in Venice for the 2025 season.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Chef de Rang during service.
  2. Setting up and resetting tables according to the establishment's standards.
  3. Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables professionally.
  4. Serving food and beverages with attention to detail.
  5. Maintaining the mise en place and ensuring the cleanliness and order of the dining area.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Basic knowledge of table service.
  • Understanding of hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Familiarity with serving sequences.
  • Ability to manage mise en place.
  • Good command of the English language.

Working hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, with single shifts.

Contract details:

  • Fixed-term contract from May to October.
