Position: Food & Beverage Service Staff
At Park Hyatt, your role is to deliver the brand promise by providing exceptional, friendly, courteous, and professional guest service at all times.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving food and beverages to guests according to established standards and service sequences.
- Handling guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring problems are satisfactorily resolved.
- Being familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- Preparing the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks.
- Taking food and beverage orders from guests, upselling where possible.
- Ensuring all sales are properly recorded, following procedures for ordering, voiding, or correcting items.
- Completing opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Meeting special requests from guests for specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients whenever possible.
- Working supportively and flexibly with other employees and departments, embodying the spirit of "We work through Teams".

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar context
- Fluent English required
