Overview

Mission: Provide courteous and professional service, ensuring food and beverages are presented according to quality standards to guarantee guest satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in both bar and dining operations, supporting senior staff and maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities
  • Present menu and drink options with enthusiasm.
  • Follow service procedures to ensure a smooth dining and bar experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of beverages, including basic cocktails and wines.
  • Support bartenders and waiters in delivering high-quality service.
  • Ensure tables and bar areas are properly set, cleared, and maintained.
  • Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Italian; English knowledge preferred.
  • Friendly, positive, and a team player.
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or restaurant role.
  • Basic knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and willingness to grow.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm are essential.
  • Secondary education and / or higher, with relevant training.
  • Proficiency in the local language and advanced English; a third language is a plus.
  • Teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and customer focus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2 years as an assistant waiter.
