We are looking for a Commis de rang to join our team.

• Guest Needs Support: Help anticipate guest needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent, personalized in-Villa Dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Service Support: Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in order accuracy and presentation.
• Bar Offer Personalization Support: Contribute to personalizing the bar offerings.
• Guest Relations: Build good relationships with guests, supporting requests and inquiries.
• Quality Standards: Ensure service quality meets high LQA and Belmond standards.
• Coordination Support: Support the coordination and monitoring of assigned staff.

Requirements:

• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
• Passion for service and professional growth ambition
• Experience in a similar role, including internships
• References
• Fluent in Italian and basic English
• HACCP Certification

Belmond and you:

• Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Commis de Rang
• Start: May 2025, End: October 2025, with potential for ongoing collaboration and career development
• Monthly gross salary around €1,500, with separate payslips for 13th, 14th month, and TFR
• Monthly welfare incentives based on quality goals + welcome bonus
• Accommodation in staff house including breakfast
