We are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Guest Needs Support: Assist in anticipating guest needs and handling complaints to help provide an excellent and personalized in-Villa Dining experience.
2. Food and Beverage Service Support: Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
3. Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and beautifully presented.
4. Bar Offer Personalization Support: Contribute to personalizing the bar offer.
5. Guest Relations: Assist in establishing good relationships with guests, supporting the handling of requests and inquiries.
6. Quality Standards: Help ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
7. Coordination Support: Support the coordination and monitoring of the assigned Commis de Rang.

Requirements

• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
• Previous professional experience in a similar role, including school internships
• References
• Fluent in Italian and basic English
• HACCP Certification
