We are looking for a Commis de rang a to join our team.

• Guest Needs Support: Assist in anticipating guest needs and handling complaints to help provide an excellent and personalized experience.
• Food and Beverage Service Support: Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and beautifully presented.
• Bar Offer Personalization Support: Contribute to personalizing the restaurant offer.
• Guest Relations: Assist in establishing good relationships with guests, supporting the handling of requests and inquiries.
• Quality Standards: Help ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
• Coordination Support: Support the coordination and monitoring of assigned Commis de Rang.

Requirements

• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
• Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
• References
• Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
• HACCP Certification

Belmond and you:

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Commis de Rang
• Start date: June 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Monthly gross salary around € 1.500, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
• Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus
• Accomodation in our staff house including breakfast
• Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; staff cantine
