MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards, and procedures.
He / she will :
- Take care of the mise en place
- Support the Maite with service
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware for service
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
Requirements
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and appropriately (both verbally and non-verbally).
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust style accordingly. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things.
- Collaboration: be willing to work as a team player, share information and skills, and actively seek and provide feedback.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Italian and have a basic level of English
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, including school internships
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
- Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
