MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards, and procedures.
He / she will :
- Take care of the mise en place
- Support the Maite with service
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware for service
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
Requirements
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and appropriately (both verbally and non-verbally).
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues, and adjust your style accordingly. Manage your own emotions in challenging situations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Italian and possess a basic level of English
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, including school internships
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
- Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
