Responsibilities

  • Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors in the F&B outlet.
  • Take and deliver guests’ food orders.
  • Clear and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware for service.
  • Anticipate guest needs to provide an exceptional experience aligned with our standards.
  • Support and cooperate with team members to maintain high team focus.
  • Attend daily team meetings.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
  • Follow health, safety, and HACCP procedures.

Requirements

Mandatory :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a luxury resort / hotel outlet.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent guest service attitude.
  • Passion for food and beverages.
  • Charming, outgoing personality with good manners and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to attend training sessions to develop skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Desirable :

  • HACCP certification.
  • Degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
  • Knowledge of a third language.
  • International work experience.
