The hotel offers high‑ceilinged rooms, authentic Italian dining on a veranda, and modern spa services to guests and locals alike.

About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Commis De Rang Room Service to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy.

What You Will Do

• Assist the Demi Chef de Rang and Chef de Rang in clearing china, glass, and silver while attending to guest needs and requests.
• Clean the back office and maintain a clean working environment.
• Be highly visible in the operation and provide an expert service experience according to established standards.
• Respect and follow hygiene standards applied in Room Service per the HACCP system.

• Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand‑alone bars, restaurants, or restaurant groups; international experience is an asset.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a natural talent for ensuring guests feel at home.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi‑task with excellent organizational skills, and a team‑player attitude.
• Personal touch and high energy to enhance guest experiences.
