We are seeking a Commis de Rang to join our team at Romazzino a Belmond Hotel for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate is eager to offer our guests an authentic luxury experience, demonstrating attention, ability, and curiosity. They will also have the opportunity to develop their professional skills alongside the best professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties within the F&B department (serving and clearing plates, setting up tables, cleaning the restaurant, and maintaining all work materials in good condition) according to company policies, procedures, and standards, always maintaining high standards.
  • Be attentive to all aspects of our guests' experience during their stay, offering impeccable service.
Requirements
  • Communication skills: communicate clearly and appropriately (both verbally and in writing).
  • Emotional intelligence: be attentive to the needs and emotions of our guests and colleagues, adapting your style to theirs. Be able to manage your emotions in difficult situations.
