About the position:

We are currently looking for a motivated Commis de Rang to join our F&B Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!

The Role of Commis de Rang

The Commis de Rang assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specifications.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

A talent and passion for delivering the highest standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Minimum experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury environment, outgoing personality, and team spirit.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence, and the contract is seasonal. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application and have fluency in Italian; English knowledge is a plus.
