7Pines Hotels & Resorts is searching for a Commis de Rang for their upcoming 2025 season at the Sardinia resort. The role involves handling restaurant duties such as organizing mise en place, assisting customers, and working closely with the kitchen team in a luxury setting.

For the 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is seeking a Commis de Rang.

Main Responsibilities :

• Organising the restaurant's mise en place;
• Cleaning equipment and tables;
• Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge;
• Handling the bill and the till (if required);
• Handling dishes at the buffet (if present);
• Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone;
• Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen;
