7Pines Hotels & Resorts recherche un Commis de Rang pour leur prochain resort en Sardaigne. Vous serez responsable de l'organisation de la mise en place, d'accueillir les clients, et de gérer la communication entre la salle et la cuisine, offrant une expérience de luxe sans compromis.

The name 7Pines originates from the birthplace of the brand : Ibiza. When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally “pine-covered islands.” Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the “Pine Island.” So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.

For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de Rang.

Main Responsibilities :

• Organising the restaurant's mise en place;
• Cleaning equipment and tables;
• Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge;
• Handling the bill and the till (if required);
• Handling dishes at the buffet (if present);
• Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone;
• Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen;
