The Luxury Collection Florence is seeking Kitchen Support Experts to assist across kitchen, dining and employee dining areas. This role includes cleaning, basic food prep support, and maintaining equipment while upholding safety and security standards.

You will help ensure guest satisfaction through professional communication, teamwork, and reliable service. The role requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Full-time, non-management position in Florence.

Responsabilidades

• Transport dishware across the hotel as needed.
• Follow all safety and security policies; report issues to management.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Build positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds as required.

Position Summary

Kitchen Support Experts play an important role in support of several hotel functions. These associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, employee dining room) to support cleaning and basic kitchen preparation needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashing machines, hand wash stations), or transporting dishware across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
