Un'azienda leader nel settore della Grande Distribuzione cerca un Commesso Addetto Vendita nel reparto Ferramenta a Sesto Fiorentino. Il candidato dovrà assistere i clienti, chiudere le vendite e gestire il reparto, lavorando in un ambiente dinamico. È richiesto un background in carpentry e competenze nell'uso degli strumenti di lavorazione del legno.

Competenze

• Esperienza come carpentiere e familiarità con strumenti di sezione.
• Conoscenza della lavorazione artigianale del legno.

Position Description

As a sales assistant in the BUILDING/TAGLIO LEGNO department, you will:

1. Greet, assist, and inform customers, helping them choose the best product for their needs
2. Close sales within your department, following company procedures, and providing the services available in the department
3. Organize and develop daily management and arrangement activities independently for your department
4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve economic goals

Requirements

• Experience as a carpenter and familiarity with planers, circular saws, sectioning machines, and reading technical drawings
• Knowledge of artisanal woodworking to advise customers
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong relational and negotiation skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and precision
• Teamwork attitude and ability to relate effectively with the public
• Availability for day shifts from Monday to Sunday

Offer

• Full-time contract for 6 months, 5th level CCNL commerce
• Direct hiring with the company
• Training and support on products and store activities
