Synergie Italia spa, a branch in Potenza, is seeking for a company operating in the metalworking sector:


Position

The selected candidate, who will join the sales team and report directly to the Commercial Director, will mainly be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the commercial development of the assigned territory, in agreement with the Commercial management, and achieving set objectives.
  • Managing the customer portfolio with a focus on up-selling and loyalty.
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the market for their area of expertise.
  • Preparing offers to clients proactively and in response to specific requests.
  • Identifying new prospects to expand the customer portfolio.
  • Developing, together with the Commercial management, the commercial strategies for different areas of expertise.
  • Defining sales forecasts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German, level C2 written and spoken.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.

Additional qualities include strong communication skills, excellent sales process management, and negotiation abilities.


Other Information

Offer includes a permanent position in the company.

Working hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday.

Work location: Matera, Industrial Zone (MT).

Salary: To be evaluated based on the candidate's experience.
