Randstad Technical Talent Selection specializes in the search and selection of qualified professionals in the mechanical, engineering, and production sectors. For a leading company in the sale of electrical materials, we are seeking a Commerciale - Venditore Esterno (materiale elettrico) for the Alessandria office.

We offer: a direct permanent contract, with salary and classification based on technical skills and experience. The role includes the use of a company car for mixed use.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of clients in the designated area
  2. Promote the company's commercial promotions
  3. Search for new and potential clients
  4. Analyze low-turnover clients and propose commercial initiatives
  5. Visit clients alongside technical staff, area managers, and partner suppliers to develop business opportunities
Requirements
  1. Technical diploma, preferably in electrical/electrotechnical field
  2. Experience in sales within the electrical distribution sector or related component sales
  3. Proven experience in sectors such as lighting, security, automation, cables, electrical panels, or civil and industrial plants is valued
  4. Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, Microsoft AX/AS400 CRM
  5. Analytical skills, autonomy, team orientation, customer and goal focus, good relational skills, sales negotiation, management of customer income statements, and budget management
