Position: Commercial Sales Agent - Plastic Packaging

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative for the Milan Area and Province, reporting to the Sales Director. The role involves promoting and developing the company's products to both active and potential clients in the assigned area.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing the market and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
  2. Developing commercial activities with prospective clients by proposing a wide range of services and production solutions aligned with company strategies.
  3. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to increase sales volumes.
  4. Promoting the company's products to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
  5. Managing negotiations and closing commercial deals with clients.

The candidate must have:

  • Experience in B2B sales of technical products; experience in packaging/packaging sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the market dynamics in the assigned area.
  • Strong motivation, commercial drive, determination, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel within Milan and its province.
