A leading company in the luxury market is seeking a candidate to support the Commercial & Sales team in Milan. This role involves providing analytical insights, preparing management presentations, and coordinating brand activations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and a passion for the luxury market.

Competenze

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Descrizione del lavoro

How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Support the Commercial & Sales team with a variety of analysis, management presentations, and activation preparations.
  • Provide our boutique and multibrand network with business updates and performance insights.
  • Prepare partner visits and end-customer visits in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist in preparing management presentations and offer the sales team performance insights per POS.
  • Coordinate brand activations within the network in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Support the Commercial team with back-office operations, including SAP supplier creation and purchase order processing.

How will you experience success with us?

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the luxury market.
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
