About The Job

In this role, you will manage private and public tender in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases.

Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR TASKS

  1. Analysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal;
  2. Analysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders;
  3. Preparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders;
  4. Management and preparation of the final tender documents;
  5. Management and resolution of potential tender management issues;
  6. Analysis, management of contracts/subcontracts;
  7. Analysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer;
  8. Plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes;
  9. Ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost, performances and investments are delivered according to the specification;
  10. Ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency;
  11. Ensure documentation update on the tender database;
  12. Ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time;
  13. Plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate manner
Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  1. Graduation in legal or economic discipline
  2. Previous experience in tender management
  3. Experience in management of supplier procurement portals
  4. Knowledge of public procurement Italian regulation
  5. Experience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferred
  6. Good with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database for analysis and presentation of data
  7. Fluent Italian is mandatory, good English will be considered a plus
  8. Customer focus
