In this role, you will manage private and public tenders in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and evaluation of documentation (administrative, technical, and economic) related to public and private tenders and supplier procurement portals;
- Analysis and evaluation of regulations (administrative, civil, and tax) impacting tender management;
- Preparation of necessary documentation for tender participation, in coordination with relevant company departments;
- Management and preparation of final tender documents;
- Management and resolution of tender management issues;
- Analysis and management of contracts / subcontracts;
- Post-award issue resolution with customers;
- Planning, managing, and executing tenders according to established guidelines and processes;
- Ensuring tender targets (timing, quality, cost, performance, investments) are met;
- Continuous planning and monitoring to improve tender efficiency;
- Updating tender documentation in the database;
- Coordinating all elements needed to complete tenders on time;
- Timely and appropriate communication planning and distribution.
Qualifications
Graduation in legal or economic disciplines;Experience in tender management;Experience with supplier procurement portals;Knowledge of Italian public procurement regulations;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database analysis tools;Fluent Italian; good English skills are a plus;Proactive, analytical, and structured approach;Ability to handle multiple contacts and tasks, prioritize effectively;Self-motivated, independent, and organized;Team player with adaptability and positive attitude towards change;Persuasive, influential, and capable negotiator;Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure;Strong planning, controlling, and analytical skills;Excellent presentation skills; willingness to travel.Required Competences
