Job Responsibilities

As a Commercial & Technical Project Expert, you will be part of the Customer Care global team managing OEM partners for De'Longhi Group. The role involves managing OEM service support, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, handling inquiries, and overseeing service agreements with OEM partners.

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for OEM service matters, maintaining relationships with OEM partners and customers, especially Nespresso and Dolcegusto.
- Coordinate and manage service agreements, ensuring compliance with contracts, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to meet customer needs and improve services.
- Review service performance metrics, analyze data, and identify improvements.
- Develop and deliver training to OEM partners and internal teams.
- Maintain service documentation like manuals and troubleshooting guides.

Job Profile

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in relevant software, CRM, and productivity tools.
