A leading company in genomic services is seeking a full-time Commercial Specialist in EU. The role involves procurement management, tender preparation, logistics support, and invoicing. Ideal candidates will have a degree in relevant fields, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in biotech or medical devices.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.
Job Description :
E-commerce Platform and Document Management : Regularly monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for updates on notices and requirements. Download supplier documents, fill them out per project needs, and ensure accuracy and compliance. Upload completed documents timely following procedures. Review and update relevant business documents regularly to maintain current versions.
Tender Management : Prepare tender documents by integrating existing business materials, organizing required files for bidding, assisting sales teams, and maintaining latest versions of internal documents. Organize and archive bidding materials post-submission.
Logistics Support : Handle customer shipment bookings and troubleshoot sample delivery issues with couriers and customs.
Accounts Receivable Support : Manage invoicing and payments.
Other responsibilities as assigned by managers.
Essential Skills / Experience :
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management; biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) and native or business-level Italian.
