Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regularly monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa), download and fill out necessary documents, upload completed documents, and maintain updated business documents.
• Tender Management: Prepare and organize tender documents, ensure compliance, assist sales teams, and archive bidding materials after submission.
• Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting with couriers and customs.
• Accounts Support: Invoicing and payment management.
• Other duties: As assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields; Biology background is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in biotech/medical devices or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; native or business level Italian speaking skills.
