Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role requires collaboration, drive, and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and support business growth through various activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform and Document Management:
  • Monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for updates on notices and requirements.
  • Download, fill out, and verify documents from suppliers for accuracy and compliance.
  • Upload completed documents promptly following procedures.
  • Review and update business documents regularly to ensure currency.
  • Assist with tender preparation by integrating and filling documents correctly.
  • Organize and archive tender materials after submission.

Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting with couriers and customs.

Accounts Receivable Support: Invoicing and payment management.

Other duties as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. Biology background is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotech/medical devices or regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of tender regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing) and native or business-level Italian.
