We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce and Document Management: Regularly monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for notices and requirements. Download, fill out, and upload necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Review and update relevant business documents regularly.
  2. Tender Management: Prepare and organize tender documents, assist sales with bid preparation, maintain updated business documents, and archive tender materials post-submission.
  3. Logistics Support: Manage customer shipment bookings and resolve delivery issues with couriers and customs.
  4. Accounts Receivable Support: Handle invoicing and payment processes.
  5. Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. A biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of tender procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and native or business-level Italian.
