We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Description:
  • E-commerce Platform and Document Management:
    • Regularly monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for notices and requirements.
    • Download, fill out, and verify documents from suppliers for accuracy and compliance.
    • Upload documents timely and maintain updated business documents.
  • Prepare and organize tender documents, including integrating business documents and assisting sales teams.
  • Maintain the latest versions of internal bidding documents.
  • Logistics Support:
    • Coordinate customer shipment bookings and troubleshoot delivery issues with couriers and customs.
  • Accounts Receivable Support:
    • Handle invoicing and payment management.
  • Other duties as assigned by managers.
  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. Biology background is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and native or business-level Italian.
