Novogene Europe, leader nei servizi genomici, cerca un Commercial Specialist a tempo pieno per supportare le operazioni aziendali. Il candidato dovrà gestire gare, supportare la logistica e le transazioni contabili. Richiesta laurea in ambito giuridico, economico o simile e almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo affine.

Competenze

  • Esperienza minima di 2 anni in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in biotech o dispositivi medici.
  • Profonda comprensione delle normative e procedure per gare d'appalto.
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare le scadenze.

Mansioni

  • Monitorare piattaforme elettroniche di approvvigionamento per avvisi e requisiti.
  • Preparare documenti di gara e supportare le vendite nelle offerte.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Description :

  • E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regularly monitor electronic procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for procurement notices and requirements. Download and fill out necessary documents from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Upload completed documents timely and maintain relevant business documents with the latest versions.
  • Tender Management: Prepare and organize tender documents, assist sales in bid preparations, maintain updated internal documents, and archive tender materials post-submission.
  • Logistics Support: Manage customer shipment bookings and troubleshoot delivery issues with couriers and customs.
  • Accounts Receivable Support: Handle invoicing and payment processes.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Essential Skills / Experience :

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. A biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of tender regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent or business-level Italian language skills.
